Sharpe Square is a real estate firm in Switzerland with years of data — roughly 10,000 rows, plus 900 property images captured alongside it — trapped inside a legacy CRM with no clean export path. Moving to a new CRM meant getting all of that data and imagery into a format the new system could actually import.
The problem
The old CRM had no bulk export that kept listing data and images linked correctly. Migrating to the new CRM the team wanted to use meant someone would have to go row by row — pulling listing details, matching each record to its images, and reformatting everything to match what the new system expected for import. At 10,000 rows, that wasn't realistic to do by hand.
The build
WorkZero extracted all 10,000 rows of data from the legacy system along with the 900 associated images, matched each image back to its correct listing, and converted everything into clean Excel sheets structured exactly the way the new CRM needed for a bulk upload.
The result
What would have been weeks of manual data entry and photo-matching for the Sharpe Square team was handled instead. All 10,000 rows of data and 900 associated images came out the other side as clean, CRM-ready Excel sheets — formatted and ready for bulk upload into the new system.
"We had close to 10,000 rows of data trapped in our old CRM, along with 900 images that needed to stay matched to the right listings. WorkZero extracted all of it and converted it into clean Excel sheets we could upload straight into our new CRM. What would have taken our team weeks of manual entry was done without us lifting a finger." Adeline Villeneuve — Co-Founder, Sharpe Square
